2012 Friday + Game idea

Curtains are down for the 2012 Friday,are u making this day gala!!!Excitation of Fri eve are always so spl most of them love to have a lazy n cozy eve in this freezing temp.I think most of them are busy to whip new year eve in to shape.People love to tucked up at home and celebrate eve in these frost bound temperatures.This would be a hunky-dory wish for folks who are celebrating white new year ;)Having all the family n Friends for the eve do u wanna hang around only with a good movie n yummy food,do u wish to host some fun party.I am gonna give a witty idea to entertain the guests.Each and every age group will have fun in playing this game.No more Lollygag discussion let me say the name it's "Pin the Tail" i guess may of u have aware of this game.If u don't then u should try this it is real fun game.So here are the things u need

1. Donkey/Horse sketch
2. Paper cut in to tail shape
3. Scarf/cloth
4. Marker

• Attach the sketch to a wall
• Tie the eyes of the person with scarf/cloth
• Give them the tail
• Ask them to pin to the horse
• After they are done mark the place with marker
• Ask each person to do the same
• Person who has pinned to the nearest point to the donkey that person is the winner

Idea 2 : If u are good at sketching then sketch a donkey/horse image on the board and ask each person to draw the tail with marker.

Idea 3 : U would like to play as a couple game ask one person from couple to come and the next   person will guide the person to draw/pin the tail.

Celebration milieu is heating up,this season has a magic wipes out all the winter blues and give a holiday cheer :) Glory trees,tasty cookies,warm drinks Wat not people will be having a bountifully bash!!!So in this cheer season gonna share my Nov birthday cheer!!!!Every time i leaf thru many birthday ideas but finally fix to my style kind of surprises,wish my posts should be something inspiring to people like who wanna make thier specail ones birthday more special.I thought planning for a surprise party on a weekday would be more easy having a car in hand,but there comes the hard part collecting the things,arrange the thing,pick hus from off and make his day exciting in few minutes of lunch hour is sturdy.So do u wanna plan something exciting for ur partner on their spl day,come on flirt with my idea over here.Birthday means ballons we can hardly a birthday with out ballons,i know wat's running over ur mind ballons for a grown up birthday??Don't think it's a silly idea these ballon idea worked out so good for me,sharing them with u..

12.12.12 + chocolate Baklava

We are all very very fortunate to see such a spl day,don't u think :) So on such a spl day how can i miss to post??Many couples are tying knots on this earmarked date.How u guys have spend this day??My day was so busy day in kitchen as always enjoying cooking for serving guests,i lovee that!!!!2day i am gonna share a recipe from my kitchen i.e.. chocolate baklava!!It is a minor change from regular recipe just add chocolate chip to the stuff and drizzle some chocolate suace over the top..Ur kids will say yummmmmmmmmm :)Here is the recipe link i have followed,just add the chocolate chips to the stuff that's it deliciouss chocolate baklava is ready at ur table for these holiday season..So do u wanna check out how my baklava issssss......Open ur eyes wideee,u will def fall in love with it :)

Cantaloupe Delight!!!

Hello Amigos,we are in the second week of DEC i haven't posted a single post yet..This winter is making me sluggish..There is no sign of freezing flurry yet,hoping for a white Xmas this year..Love to see all the holiday lights under the white snow :) Every year i hate to see snow but trust me will be waiting for first flurries don't ask me why??Coming to the story of cantaloupe,this is the fruit i hate to see in my grocery cart,but miracle has been happend on one winter evening that i had fell in love with this fruit.Next day rushed to the store and droped in the cart,mu goshh it added so glory to my shopping basket..Tried out some serving ideas for this delight beauty,sharing my pics so fall in love with my shots here ;)

Friday Luncheon

In this wing-ding season,lots of baking,frying,roasting,grilling,toasting Wat not..Cooking and preparing treats for Perfect holiday times for Family!!!We Queen bees we always bury in cooking for our loved ones :) I always wanna make something spl dinner on Fridays,usually neglects my lunch on Fridays..So this Friday decided to make something fav from my kitchen for myself!!So got to my favvv recipe ever Uggani/murmur upma this is a typical south Indian recipe along with hot hot pokra and homemade lemon soda to chill out all together made my Friday lunch so spll..Come join the club of cooking myself and for this holiday season make Ur fav dishes and treat yourself :) Here is my click for Fridays lunch

Heavennn!!!Gonna share how to make lemon soda at home,it's yummyyyyy

Ingredients needed

Club soda
 Lemon        1 
 Salt             1/4th tbsp 

Method :

• Squeeze lemon juice and mix it with salt
• The pour the soda in to the glass by mixing it with spoon
• Garnish glass with pinch of cumin powder and place a slice of lemon to garnish

Chilled desi Lemon soda is ready at ur table :)Come on make ur holiday season spl for u spending some time for urself too :)

Crochet Pouch

I just can't believe we are in the last week of Nov,i feel like new year eve of 2012 was like yesterday.Getting back to routine after a long holiday is a burdensome,few more days for dec the holidayyy season!!!!Long xams trees,glory streets,shopping spree love the joyride in the streets and watch the wing-ding season thru the car window(can't dare to step out).Beauty of the light glow more in the snow.Last year was an wonderfull holiday season we had celebrated the holiday season with little flurry,this time i guess it's gonna be a white xmas for sure..By any means to get out this winter blue devils i have accompanied with my old friend i.e.. knitting.What could be so entertaning on a winter weekend night a movie with some hot hot chows.Some times we are forced to watch a movie which is not so interesting,then oneday called the oldfriend out and started loving it again..Now gonna share a cutie pouch,bored up by carrying handbags for a short visit to friends house it's hard to all things in hand..So i have designed this for the purpose..Tried to get some splashy wool,when i was to store in a hurry i have picked which i am not sure about(i do that all the time)..So emblished this grey pouch with some beads and it turned out so beautifully and felt like i can carry this for outdoor shopping too :)

After emblishing it felt like gifitng to a freind,hand made gifts are always so special!!!So Amigos don't forget to enter my giveaway only 22 days left..Win this for the holiday season hurry up..

Diwali Celebration 2012

It's the festival of light,we see every house with glimmersss!!!Wish i could spend this evening in my country home..K for Time being gonna glare my house with diyas,candles and lanterns :) Every year i arrange some lights and lit the candles and welcomes Diwali..This year have done something special,when it comes to festival we plan things before like cleanup,cooking etc etc..So this time i have grounwork on something diff,wanna know wat's that??I have baked my diyas,don't be so shocked,yes i baked my diyas..Bought some clay and baked them,driedout,painted and finally enblished it so beautifully!!!Made this Diwali so so special with my self made diyas!!!Am i sounding like overwrought,yes i am so u will be after having a look at my shimmer Diyas..
Can't stop clicking,so finally shrinked them to collage and showing up :)
Pooja Mandir for the day!!!New look for these festive season,hung up the little cute bells,they added so much of divine spirit to my mandir..Wat say???

Fruity Panipuri

Don't be confused or don't frame urself about these puris..Golgappa is my fav fav street food,i know no one can stop with just oneplate..Crispy Puris filled with yummyy stuff,few bits of sweet suace,dipping in a spicy tasty waterr ummm Deeeeliiicioussss!!!These panipuri stands used to be our fun meeting point ,days when we were in hob hunt after wandering in a hot hot sun.Having plates and plates of panipuris,chat asking man over the stand for more sweet suace,onion,puris goshhhh those are lovely dayssss :) I bet every one has alike recaputerd moments..K coming to my recipe 2day,when i first heard abt this recipe i was super excited to try..It turned out sooo yummyyyy i sayyyyy..If ur hosting a Holiday teaparty then sure try this snack bunch of applause in ur bag then!!!Come on now grab the crispy ones break them and fill in the fav fruits and top off so zestfullyyy..

Fruits I Used

Pineapple
Banana
Strawberry
Apple

Busy Days!!!!!

Pineapple Keasari and Puliyogare!!!

Coming to my Nail Art,in a word it was a hustle art.Weekend was a Chockablock serving for guests coming in,Getting ready for a Long drive Baby shower,back to small session of fall photo shoot,back to home..Still it is incomplete,missed watching new release movie ;) In such a busy one,pulled out some time for the Nail Art.How can i miss that,after all i am attending a Baby shower of amigos!!!
It's difficult to think about the design so got an idea grabbed my outfit for the day and painted something related to the fabric..So here is the Fabric Nail Art..Tried hard to click good shots,in such a tiresome day you know how it is..Leafthru the snaps and get inspired with Ur outfits and embellish Ur nails..

Chicken Fry

Friday is on board!!!Fall evenings are so precious,warm breezes,colour full and shiny tress around.
Dinner on this evening should be something Special..Climate is chilling out,what do u expect other than a hot and spicy food.I got this recipe from mom's kitchen,mom food is the best,don't u agree with me??Chill out with this spicy chicken recipe and have a wonderful weekend.No more words just jumping on to recipe,before have a look at my pungent dish u will def look at my recipe.

Ingredients

Chicken                 -- 1lb
Onion                     --  1
Coriander powder  -- 1tbsp
Chili powder         -- 2tbsp(adjust acc to taste)
Turmeric powder   -- Pinch
Ginger Garlic paste -- 1/2 tbsp
Tomato                  --  1
Garam masala       -- 1/2tbsp
Curry leaves         --  few
Mirchi                  --   3 to 4
Cashew        
Salt to taste

Method:

• Clean and wash the chicken
• Grind the onion to coarse paste (don't make it to smooth paste)
• Now add the onion paste,coriander pwd,chili powder,turmeric powder and marinate at least for 30min
• Add oil to kadai,fry ginger garlic paste and add the marinated chicken
• Put the stove in high flame and fry the chicken till it becomes dry and no water left,mix it in between but very gently and  it becomes dark brown don't panic that is the color we want
• Place the lid and allow it to cook for 7 to 10min,till the chicken get cooks well and no raw smell left
• check the taste,blanch tomato's and if u feel like adding any more spices u can add in this tomato puree
• Add this puree to the chicken and place the lid and cook for another 7 min
• Finally add garam masala and fry for few minutes
• Finish it off with roasted curry leaves,cashew and mirchi

Tips :

1. After adding roasted curryleves and mirchi place the lid for few mintues it give a nice aroma
2. Don't mix chicken with ladle just shake the kadai.

Oct is here,hues of orange,yellow,red are seen around!!!Last month too see all colors on the trees,behindhand we are forced look up at those devil and snowwhite trees..For such a alluring month  IMC brings out a new item i.e.. Ankelts..These Anklets hold lots of childhood memories for me,i used be crazy about that after coming to college i was bored with the bold silver anklets.Used to search for a trendy and elegant ones..In my last India trip i was amazed looking at the beautifull collections there in kundans,silver,brass..So some idea flashed in my mind,grabbed my bead treasure box and pinned in some beautifull beads and here are my beautiful,elegant n trendy Anklets simply alluring i say,wish u feel the same after taking a look..Grab ur choice from the album and beautify ur lovely feet.

Best thing about black it suits any skin tone,and i bet in a women wardrobe there would be atleast half a dozen outfit with these shades..So here is my Bold Black Anklet
