Things Needed
Kabuli chana 1 cup
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Green chilli paste
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Chana dal
Uraddal
curry leaves
Method
- Soak the Kabuli chana for atleast 4 hrs,add some water n salt and pressure cook for 3 whistles
- Mean while put some greenchilli in a jar and make it in to a fine paste(adjust chilli acc to ur taste)
- Drizzle some oil to a pan,add mustard seeds let them pop n add cumin,urad and chala dal and finally add curry leaves.
- Add the chilli paste and let it fry for 2 min and add the grated coconut let it cook for another 5 min
- Add enough salt,Now add the cooked Kabuli chana and stir it well in the coconut paste
- Leave for 3 min and garnish with corainder leaves
- Squeze some lemon juice before serving.

I love sundal varieties...They make my day during Navarathri season. When it's a rainy chill day, I would love to settle in with Masala vada or Mirchi bajji!
