Spicy Sundal

Rain is coming down in buckets,with these showers nature looks bountiful green...Love to spend the evening sitting near the window n watching the water beads poured down from the black sky!!!!People have diverse ideas to munch-in on a rainy day..Spicy snacks are my fav to relish for the drizzling evening..The word when spicy comes in to mind many of them think about mirchi bajji tats my favvvvvvvv snack for ever..But this time i am going to tell u a hot,spicy n healthy snack!!!! i.e.. Spicy Sundal..Very easy n whole family will enjoy this snack at once so the kitchen bees can also enjoy thier evening with family...I have tasted this spicy sundal in a party n belive me i loveddd itttttt,after tasting this u will also agree with me...Let's start making this..



Things Needed

Kabuli chana 1 cup
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Green chilli paste
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Chana dal
Uraddal
curry leaves

Method

  • Soak the Kabuli chana for atleast 4 hrs,add some water n salt and pressure cook for 3 whistles
  • Mean while put some greenchilli in a jar and make it in to a fine paste(adjust chilli acc to ur taste)
  • Drizzle some oil to a pan,add mustard seeds let them pop n add cumin,urad and chala dal and finally add curry leaves.
  • Add the chilli paste and let it fry for 2 min and add the grated coconut let it cook for another 5 min
  • Add enough salt,Now add the cooked Kabuli chana and stir it well in the coconut paste
  • Leave for 3 min and garnish with corainder leaves
  • Squeze some lemon juice before serving.

Look at the Spicy n tasty Sundal...Relish ur rainy day with this snack..
